Hotel Alpenruhe - Vintage Design Hotel Wengen, Wengen

My room offered a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Jungfrau mountains, making each morning a visual treat. I enjoyed sipping coffee while soaking in the stunning scenery; it felt like I was in a postcard.

The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, featuring an impressive selection of local cheeses, freshly baked bread, and homemade jams. I was particularly impressed with the made-to-order eggs; they were simply delightful and made the morning feel special.

The electric cart transfer service was a lifesaver after a long journey. We were picked up from the train station, which made settling into the hotel a breeze, especially with heavy luggage in tow.

The bathroom boasted a fantastic shower with excellent water pressure that provided a refreshing rinse after hiking. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
